Our Aims

We aim to provide our clients with real-time financial data, providing a view of the business's financial health in time to take corrective action if needed.

To meet this aim, we recognise the importance of forging a strong business relationship with our clients based on our values of honesty, respect, trust, and appreciation of deadlines:

Honesty
We require our clients to fully disclose the facts at the point of engagement. This enables us to give a 100% accurate diagnosis and an open and honest assessment upon review of the information. We will not be held responsible for any adverse outcome due to the client withholding information at the point of engagement. The Companies Act 2006 states that one of the seven duties of a director is to "exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence".

Respect
We will express and expect respect from our clients. All interactions will be conducted respectfully, and we expect clients to treat all our team members
accordingly. We respect our clients time and expect the same in return. This extends to meetings attended in person or online and the provision and supply of data/information. Noncompliance and or repetitive breaches will result in the termination of the relationship.

Trust
We choose to only work with clients whom we can trust and who can trust us.  All prospective clients must provide appropriate, satisfactory evidence of their identity for compliance with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Money Laundering (MLR) Regulations 2017. This is an annual check on the anniversary of registration. We will immediately terminate our business relations with any client if we gain any evidence to lose trust.

Appreciating deadlines

Appreciating and recognising the importance of statutory deadlines and dates is crucial for ensuring our clients do not incur late submission penalties or fines. Therefore, we require our clients to adhere to a timetable for submitting information within an appropriate time for our team to undertake the required work. Clients will be advised on the turnaround time for completion.
